1. Size very big and straps not widely adjustable.2. Not comfortable:- as i am a side sleeper and bought this so that i can listen to sleep sounds for easy sleep,but while side sleeping the speakers kind of pressurised my ears and i couldn't sleep due to that3. Sound quality:- sound is lowOverall it is not value for money.
